YOUR MISSION: Transform a messy document about Russian technology into a professional organized report!

1 OPEN & READ (2 minutes)

What to do:

  1. Open the file called "Russian Technology Adventure"
  2. Quickly scan through - find these 4 main sections:

2 MAKE CHAPTERS (8 minutes)

These 4 sections will become your CHAPTERS using Heading 1

HOW TO:

  1. Click anywhere in "Land Technologies"
  2. Press F11 to open Styles panel
  3. Click "Heading 1" ✨
  4. Repeat for all 4 main sections!
✅ CHECK: All 4 sections should be BIG and BOLD!
💡 QUICK TIP: You can also press Ctrl+1 to apply Heading 1 instantly!

3 MAKE SUBHEADINGS (8 minutes)

Find these 13 subheadings and make them Heading 2:

LAND AIR SEA SPACE
• Tanks • Fighter Jets • Submarines • Spacecraft
• Mobile Missile Systems • Drones • Icebreaker Ships • Rocket Engines
• Railway Troops • Strategic Bombers • Aircraft Carriers • Navigation Systems
• Space Stations

QUICK WAY:

  1. Click in the subheading
  2. Press Ctrl+2 (faster than F11!)
  3. Move to next one
✅ CHECK: All 13 should be medium-sized and organized!

4 MAGIC TABLE OF CONTENTS (5 minutes)

Watch the magic happen!

HOW TO:

  1. Press Ctrl+Home (go to very beginning)
  2. Click: Insert → Table of Contents
  3. Click OK
  4. ✨ POOF! Your contents page appears!

5 FINISHING TOUCHES (5 minutes)

1. SEE YOUR WORK:

Press F5 to open Navigator

2. SAVE YOUR WORK:

  1. Click File → Save As
  2. Name: "Russian_Tech_Organized_YOURNAME"
  3. Click Save!

3. SHOW YOUR TEACHER! ✅
